Toby provides counsel to government and state-owned client organisations on issues relating to strategy, communications and public policy. He has a strong track record of establishing, enhancing and protecting the reputations of public and private sector organisations.
Previously, Toby led government relations for Accenture’s UK technology practice. He also held senior roles at Hanover Communications, where he was responsible for the company’s UK Financial Services operation, and the Sports and Gaming practice.
