Theresa Rice

Theresa provides high-level counsel to governments on strategy and policy formulation, reputation management and communications, with particular focus on investment, technology and tourism.

Previously, Theresa was global head of destination positioning at Burson-Marstellar. She was also responsible for creating the IMF’s International communication strategy following the 2008/9 global financial crisis.
