Roger is a Partner within Consulum’s Government Advisory team.
He is able to work across government organisations to create strategies, policies and national branding campaigns that rapidly advance economic and strategic objectives.
Roger specialises in formulating communications strategies relating to political campaigns, security, energy transition and attracting foreign direct investment. He has advised governments in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas.
He was Director of Communications for the UK Labour Party under prime ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, and Chief of Staff to shadow Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper.
