Rich leads Consulum’s Digital practice and provides senior counsel on integrated strategic communications, digital campaigns, executive positioning, and digital transformation, including full digital marketing mix and technology ecosystem development.
Rich has delivered several complex change programmes, including driving culture and behavioural change. Prior to joining Consulum, Rich led a major transformation programme for the Department of Culture & Tourism, Abu Dhabi, embedding best-in-class digitally-led communications capabilities across the organisation.
Before joining DCT, Rich led DP World’s Global Digital & Social Media team for three years, overhauling the customer experience platform for the business and ensuring that effective digital storytelling was core to its global strategic communications & marketing efforts.
