Patrick oversees all Consulum client projects with responsibility for personnel management and performance of accounts.
A government strategy and communications specialist, Patrick has led projects for government leaders across a range of policy areas, including central government reform programmes, culture and investment promotion, and nation branding.
Patrick joined Consulum from London-based political consultancy Redwood Consulting where he supported global corporations on political engagement strategy, capacity building and crisis communications.
