Martin specialises in supporting sovereign wealth fund clients, with particular focus on providing high-level counsel on financial markets, public finances and corporate governance.
He worked at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where he published a number of public policy reports and advised senior UK politicians on policy, strategy and communications.
Previously, Martin worked at HM Treasury, the UK’s Economic and Finance Ministry, where he led the design and delivery of the UK’s inaugural sovereign green bond and the UK’s second sovereign Sukuk. He also worked on a broad range of public spending, tax and fiscal policies.
