As an account lead at Consulum, Maggie partners with key stakeholders within government to drive, develop, and implement holistic and practical solutions to issues of high national strategic importance.

Maggie’s approach starts with deep collaboration with clients to articulate and align on objectives and vision. Once aligned, detailed research and analysis can be undertaken to inform potential strategic pathways. Formulating strategy is an iterative process that is strengthened with proactive policymaking and communications support, all of which are needed to drive a bespoke solution to meet the complex needs of government entities.

Prior to Consulum, Maggie held senior advisory roles at firms including Strategy& (PwC), EY-Parthenon, and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.
