Jean-Marc Bourreau leads Consulum’s aviation practice, and has over 20 years’ experience in providing innovative, disruptive, and pragmatic solutions for the industry. His current focus is on air transport policy, aerodrome certification, air service development, and transaction advisory across the whole air transport supply chain.
He is a senior advisor to the General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia and leads several other high profile aviation development projects in Africa, Latin America, Middle East and Asia.
Prior to consulting, Jean-Marc was Director of Operations and Security at Juan Santamaria International Airport in Costa Rica. He holds a Master’s in Economics from Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, having studied Economics and Finance at Université Lumière Lyon 2. Jean-Marc is an ACI / ICAO instructor and an enthusiastic private pilot, he is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
