Jean-Marc supports governments throughout the world to unlock the many social and economic benefits improved air connectivity makes possible by influencing the route decisions international carriers make.
He also provides government clients with expert counsel to enhance the performance of national aviation sectors, with focus on safety, security, efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Jean-Marc’s areas of specialism include policy formulation, airport operations, aviation sector reform, air service development, project financing and transactions.
Prior to joining Consulum, he was Director of Operations at the Juan Santamaria International Airport, and has held senior positions at several leading aviation consulting firms.
