James has deep experience in supporting government entities in the formulation of strategy and policy, and communications, with a special focus on sustainability.
Previously, he helped to found the World Council on City Data (WCCD) – a municipal sustainability network – where he advised local, regional, national, and international leaders across the MENA Region, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Through his role at WCCD, he also worked closely with the United Nations, the OECD, the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and the World Bank.
James has also held senior positions at Liberal International, and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).
