Her roles encompassed the development of comprehensive strategic communications plans, the launch of integrated communication and marketing campaigns, the design of media engagement and outreach strategies, and the formulation of crisis communication and mitigation plans. She was also responsible for overseeing digital marketing activities and delivering bespoke digital media training tailored to a wide range of stakeholders.
