As a Senior Director in Consulum’s office in Kuala Lumpur and a “Blue Ocean Strategist”, Raj is the company’s business development lead for Malaysia & South East Asia regions.
He has a solid background supporting corporate leaders in multinational companies including Shell, Prudential, Halton & MSD to grow their businesses through transformative initiatives and catalytic projects. He has also helped government-led organizations such as Jcorp, Vietnam Airlines and Maybank with change management agendas, particularly in innovative and strategic thinking.
Prior to joining Consulum, Raj was the CEO of UCSI Consulting Group, a strategy and research firm based in Kuala Lumpur.
