Claudia oversees our Talent and People strategies, and is responsible for ensuring all Consulum employees have the training and skills needed to support our clients to the highest standards.

She has extensive experience of enabling ministers and government organisations to deliver strategic communications goals and international positioning objectives. Her expertise in these areas informs her approach to identifying new talent for Consulum and supporting the development of existing staff.

Prior to joining Consulum, Claudia led corporate and policy communications for Airbnb across the UK and Ireland. She has also worked in the UK government’s press team.
