About Tom
Tom is a Director at Consulum, providing senior counsel to clients on public policy, political communications and strategy.
Tom joined Consulum from UBS, a global investment bank and the world’s largest wealth manager. At UBS, Tom worked in the EMEA Governmental Affairs team, where he led various key policy areas – including digital finance, crypto assets, data management, cybersecurity and operational resilience. Tom also provided strategic advice to UBS throughout the Brexit process.

He implemented engagement programmes with a range of policymakers, including UK Embassies of key APAC countries. Prior to this, Tom spent four years working at HSBC Bank Plc in their Public Policy Team, focusing on UK financial services issues including the major reforms that were enacted after the 2008 financial crisis.
