Sylvain Fort

"In our modern and connected societies, there is no longer any difference between communication, strategy and action. Everything has to be integrated from the outset, because public opinion is now informed and capable of assessing the dissonance
between discourse and action, between communication and execution."

Sylvain headed communications for the victorious 2017 Emmanuel Macron campaign before becoming an advisor to the French President. For over a decade he worked with communications consultancies, including his own, in Paris working with CAC 40 executives.

He was part of the BNP Paribas strategy department responsible for implementation of the strategic plan following the merger between BNP and Paribas.  He then joined the core team in charge of the merger between BNP Paribas and BNL in Italy and was jointly responsible for change management and communication.

Sylvain has a Doctorate in Comparative Literature from the Sorbonne and taught there for several years. He was  student at the Ecole normale supérieure in Paris

In 2021, Sylvain was made a Chevalier des Arts et Lettres.
