Matthew advises government clients on international communications, public policy, and stakeholder engagement, helping them to achieve their strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Consulum, Matthew led international engagement projects and managed campaigns in support of Qatar 2022, the first FIFA World Cup to take place in the MENA region. Earlier in his career, he advised UK-based individuals, businesses, and non-governmental organisations on strategic communications and public affairs.
