Justine is a strategic communications and government relations expert who advises government leaders on the development and implementation of communication and engagement strategies that foster key partnerships across various sectors and government agencies, and how to optimise their societal impact.

With over 15 years’ experience in APAC and EU markets helping governments to drive large-scale infrastructure projects, Justine has a deep understanding of effective strategic communications and policy implementation, and excels in skillfully managing stakeholder ecosystems, with specific expertise in crafting narratives to optimise public/private partnerships.

Prior to joining Consulum, Justine held senior roles at NBN Co Limited (Australian National Broadband Network) and National Broadband Ireland.  She provided counsel on high-impact local and national communications, government affairs and public relations, ensuring consistency and momentum in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects and government initiatives.
