Jolyon Welsh

Jolyon has supported governments throughout the world to resolve international disputes optimally and to negotiate effectively for desired strategic outcomes.

Jolyon has represented the UK at the United Nations in New York, Geneva and within the European Union. He was acting UK High Commissioner to Australia.

Jolyon was Head of Public Diplomacy at the UK Foreign Office in London, and Head of the Arabian Peninsula and Iranian Department. He also ran the British government’s digital engagement strategy.

He has lectured on Strategic Communications at Oxford University. In 1996, Jolyon was made a Chevalier of the Legion of Honour by President Chirac of France.
